Refund & Cancellation Policy

Puddin’s Treats

At Puddin’s Treats, every dessert is freshly made with care. Because our baked goods are prepared to order and are perishable, we maintain the following policy regarding cancellations, refunds, and order changes.

Order Confirmation

Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been received. For custom or large orders, a deposit may be required to secure your order date.

Cancellations

Orders must be cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time to be eligible for a refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time are non-refundable due to the preparation and ingredients already used.

Deposits

Deposits for custom orders are non-refundable, but may be applied toward a future order if cancellation is made within the required notice period.

Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of baked goods, Puddin’s Treats does not offer refunds once an order has been picked up or delivered.

However, if there is an issue with your order due to a mistake on our part, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can review the situation and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Order Changes

Changes to orders must be requested at least 48 hours prior to pickup or delivery. While we will do our best to accommodate requests, changes are not guaranteed once preparation has begun.
